The Solstice Entertainment Box Office handles all public Ticket Pass, Ticket Package, Ticket, Programme Book and Festival merchandise sales.

Customer Relations can address your queries about ticketing and merchandise.
Film Handling is responsible for receiving and shipping all Festival film prints, and handles all film print submission inquiries.
Visitor Services can answer any of your general questions about your plans to visit the Solstice Film Festival and the city of St. Paul, MN.
Guest Relations facilitates hotel and travel for invited guests of the Festival.
Press Office carries out all Festival publicity, coordinates all press conferences and accredits all journalists for the Festival. (Accreditation Info)
Industry Initiatives is a department created to support and accelerate the professional development of U.S. filmmaking talent.
Sales & Industry Office is committed to facilitating relationships between accredited buyers, sales agents and filmmakers with films in the Festival.

Sponsorship provides information on how your company can participate in marketing and promotional programmes through sponsorship and
